Meet the "Students First" Team

Michele Bowes

I am honored to seek re-election to the Board of Education, building upon the positive strides we've made within Lawrence Township Public Schools. As a social worker, an active community member, and a mother with one child currently at Lawrence High School (LHS) and another who recently graduated from LHS, I have a deep personal investment in the success of our schools.

My commitment is evident in my focus on both academic achievement and the well-being of our students. Since joining the board in 2015, I've held significant roles, including:

Chairperson of the Mental Health and Guidance Committee
Member of the Curriculum and Instruction, Personnel, and Equity Committees
Chairperson for the superintendent search process

I am eager to utilize this expertise during the pivotal transition to our new Superintendent.

Now, more than ever, our community needs unity as we support our students through the complex challenges they face. Together, we will work hard for LTPS, to serve all students and families in Lawrence.

Arundel Clarke

I am running for the board driven by my firm conviction that we can foster positive change to benefit every student, especially in these evolving, challenging times.

I am a software engineer, a parent of two, one of whom attends Lawrence Intermediate School (LIS), and I'm deeply involved in our community. My priorities are academic excellence and equity. Since October 2022:

Chaired the Equity Committee,
Served as liaison for the Lawrence Township Education Fund and Special Education Services,
Served as a member of the superintendent search committee.

My diverse experiences and community involvement have shaped my perspectives, and I remain committed to focusing on students first!

Diana Pasculli

As a proud resident who loves our community, I am seeking a position on the School Board. My family and I chose to move to Lawrence nine years ago largely because of the diversity of its students and the rich school experiences provided by the Lawrence Township Public Schools (LTPS). We remain involved members of our school community as our two children attend Lawrence Elementary School (LES) and Lawrence Intermediate School (LIS).
